The aim this research was to evaluate fungal based on metagenomics analysis through amplicon targeted next generation sequencing. results showed that approximately 152,000 sequences were observed. average total tags from observed OTUs number 146,485, which 126,230 taxon tags. ten most common occurring genera Colletotrichum, Penicillium, Diaporhte, Purpureocillium, Aspergillus, Cunninghamella, Neofusicoccum, Mortierella, Rhizopus, Kazachstania. Of these, genus Colletotrichum 77% dominance Krona display value. Based OTUs, seven species, such as gloeosporioides (Penz.) Penz. & Sacc., Penicillium simplicissimum (Oudem.) Thom, Neofusicoccum cordaticola Pavlic, Slippers M.J.Wingf., Diaporthe arengae R.R.Gomes, Glienke Crous, Purpureocillium lilacinum (Thom) Luangsa-ard, Houbraken, Hywel-Jones Samson, Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl., Fusarium oxysporum Schltdl., infection. These findings reveal major status post-harvest pathogens fruits should be controlled. This is first report N. D. disease Indonesia.
